powerplant will be off (briefly) tomorrow

After a long summer with the plant off, it has been generating for the past two weeks under standard operating procedures.
The last high water event carried debris (mostly logs) up against the Spooner Dam and within the framework that holds up the penstocks at the plant.  First Light plans to stop generating for most of the day on Wednesday, September 22, to clear debris from both locations.  As soon as the job is done, the plant will go back online.
