holding just below 1, but......
With an inch of rain last night, the river rose enough for the power plant to be turned back on. A visual inspection of the painted gauge showed that the level was just below 1 (almost exactly the same as yesterday). But, the overall inflow is less than the capacity of the power plant. So, if the demand is there, they could turn on another turbine and take the water away from the natural river bed. It is not a hot day, so we could be lucky and have another after work run like yesterday. If you don't see any strange spikes or dips in the gauge, then it should be holding ok for tonight.
